We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Live-in Care Assistants. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients within their homes, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance to clients.
  • Assist with mobility and transfer as needed, using appropriate techniques and equipment.
  • Support clients with medication management, ensuring adherence to prescribed schedules.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary preferences and restrictions.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Engage clients in social activities and companionship, promoting mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client’s condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care and support for clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any observations or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Experience is not required as training will be provided, but having experience is a bonus.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
  • At least senior high school qualification is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to varying client needs and environments.
  • Reliable and responsible, with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and necessary training.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
